In my career, I have been inspired by a remarkable woman from my very first job. I won’t mention her name because she is one among many women who continue to inspire others.
She had 20 years of experience when I was just starting out. We worked in different teams—she was in lead conversion, while I was in lead generation—which often put us at odds. But what truly stood out to me was her unwavering dedication. No matter how early I reached the office or how late I stayed, she was always there, working tirelessly. Even when she was unwell, she never took a leave. Among a team of young, energetic employees, she remained the top performer.
At that time, I didn't realize how much she had influenced me. But looking back, I see how her dedication shaped my own work ethic. I remember when I had an accident at the same company, dislocating my left shoulder. Within two days, with a sling on, I was back at work. I didn’t think much of it then, but now I recognize that it was her example that had instilled that drive in me.
Years later, this has become a cherished memory—a silent inspiration that still motivates me today.
